Articled Clerkships at Brett Davies Lawyers

Since 1994 Brett Davies Lawyers has offered one of two Articled Clerkships each year. As one of Australia's leading tax law firms, we know that ultimately, our continued success is based on the confidence a client has in our advice. With this in mind, we recognise that the quality of our people is vital to our success and therefore aim to attract and retain individuals who have the ability, ambition and enthusiasm to excel, both professionally and personally in tax and superannuation. We also take pride in the fact that many of our graduate recruits stay with the firm and will ultimately achieve partnership. Life as a graduate lawyer at Brett Davies Lawyers is one of intense learning.

We have a specific training programme.

We are focused. We only practice in Taxation and Superannuation. We do no litigation or practice in any other areas.

As a graduate you will be able to specialise in taxation immediately without the need to rotate through other areas.

There are Law Society rules on offering Articled Clerkship positions. Brett Davies Lawyers complies with those rules.

Brett Davies Lawyers sometimes offers additional Articled Clerkships throughout the year. Providing the Law Society rules are complied with you are welcome to submit your further applications throughout the following year.
