Updating your Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) for SLAB3 and "Binding Nominations"

You have until 31 March 2000 to get your SMSF up to speed for SLAB 3. This instruction form updates your SMSF for SLAB3. You also get the option of "Binding Nominations".

How do I complete this form.
Firstly, we don't need to see your SMSF Deed. We will prepare the SLAB3 Amendment Deed based on the information you give us here. We then prepare the Amending Deed and post it to your Adviser. You need to have the Deed signed and stamped. The cost for Brett Davies Lawyers to prepare the Amending Deed is $350.

No Member can be an "Employee" of another Member (Unless related). 

4. Trustees

All Directors must be Members. All Members must be Directors. If you are a single Member Fund, you can be the sole Director.

OR

I am a single member fund and need to appoint another person as Co-Trustee

Co-Trustee Name:

This is where you are just one person and you don’t want to use a company as trustee. You can also appoint a Corporate Trustee with you as the sole Director. Remember your co-trustee can’t be your boss (unless related).

6. Where does your super go when you die
