Tim is an experienced commercial lawyer who works closely in association with financial services providers accountants and AFS licensees to provide of common sense strategies and solutions for the protection and transfer of assets for individual clients, businesses and with some 15 years experience in self managed superannuation funds.

Drawing on varied experience including advising on commercial operations in Hong Kong and London as well as Australia and having consulted to many of the large financial institutions at a technical level, Tim understands that devising appropriate solutions entails an understanding not only of the laws but how the implementation of strategies can sustain long terms business relationships and ensure client retention.

As Tim describes:

" In delivering legal services I respect the clients allegiance and established relationship with the initial adviser. My role is not to impinge on the advisers area of expertise, but to work effectively with the adviser as a team and seamlessly deliver the range of services necessary to service all the legal needs of the clients and then their associates and then their families and so on.
